Abstract: Water has been grossly overlooked in its role of BioChemistry, this paper will point to the basic effects of Water and Health as well as dis-ease. Food science and health are becoming more complicated every day which obscures the true nature of BioChemistry hence making it more difficult for John Q. & Melanesha Q. Public to understand how to eat/live healthy. With this contribution to the Global Sciences of BioChemistry we hope to make that journey simpler in the name of the God Ogun who came to us in the personage of Alfredo “Dr. Sebi” Bowman.
Introduction: Water is the most abundant molecule in the Human Body and on Earth and the basis for all BioChemistry. The cause of all disease is the disturbance of Water’s Structure, Water’s Magnetism and/or Water’s ability to facilitate BioChemistry.
All of the body’s solid and semi-solid structures are there to protect Water and Water’s BioChemical functions, first and foremost of which is creating and sustaining the Gel of Cells!
It’s a widely known fact amongst those of us who understand some degree of BioChemistry that the Human Body heals itself, what is less known is the one requirement for that to happen; proper hydration and water conditioning. Water conditioning takes into consideration the ability of water to be in the right form ie.. Plasma, Pleurisy, Cytoplasm, Interstitial Fluid, Lymph, CSF and also the nutrients dissolved in (Vitamin C or B complex, antioxidants like Glutathione) and/or the nutrients that are measurable in various Waters of the Human Body.
We have divided food and food substances into 3 categories for ease and simplicity:
- Water and Water Soluble Nutrients that become the Gel of Cells and/or the Plasma which facilitates the River of Life (CSF, Blood and Lymph).
- Food substances particularly Acids that translate into Fats, Membranes, Hormones, Tissue etc… that create and/or protect the Gel of Cells and/or the Plasma which facilitates the River of Life (CSF, Blood and Lymph).
- Foods and food substances that de-hydrate, de-oxygenate (steal electrons, photons or magnetism) otherwise cause some level of inflammation that leads to erosion of the protective structures of the Gels of Cells and/or the Plasma which facilitates the River of Life (CSF, Blood and Lymph) or that pollute and damage the water/water structure directly.
Conclusion: Plants are the planet’s natural processors for animal sustenance wether it is converting rock/metal into bioavailable minerals, creating aromatic amino acids, creating carbohydrates, creating oxygen, creating nucleosides/nucleotides and creating or lending us their tissues as fiber (soluble and insoluble). The actual flesh of Plants as fiber is the basis for our biochemistry and our diets are devoid of this fundamental “nutrient”. Meat, Dairy and Manmade (includes natural substance that have been lab cloned or hybridized) foods do not have the complete spectrum of these nutrients especially Fiber which conditions and protects our Waters. This understanding should simplify all of BioChemistry, Health & Wellness and Diet as well as the modulatory sciences there of if these principles are applied. These conclusions are based on years of study, experimentation, observation and standing on the shoulders of Giants like the God Ogun who came to us in the personage of Alfred “Dr. Sebi” Bowman.
